Here are answers to some common questions. 
  • What is our relationship?

    There is no obligations, and you will not be asked to sign any contract. You pay on the visit or after the visit providing you are happy with our service and we hope to win your loyalty from the service we provide you rather than by tieing you into a contract.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    That if your right to do so at any time. We will never ask for payment in advance, so you will never be out of pocket. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We are very flexible, we can take cash, cheque, bank transfer and even paypal.

  • Can I make changes to my service?

    Of course you can, alot of our customer ask us to make changes week to week dEpending on their needs. 

  • What supplies do I need to supply?

    We ask you to provide your own supplies to keep the cost down and to allow you to have your own choice. We will use anything you'd like us to use but we do record having: bleach, a sprayable cleaner, clothes and a hoover. 

  • Do I need to be in when you clean?

    No, we are happy to clean in an empty property. However we do recommend you being there on the first time so that we can take time to understand your requirements and get to know us.

  • What if something gets damaged?

    Whilst we treat your space with the same care as our own, if this does happen we would notify you immeadiatly. Moving forward we will discuss how you want to proceed i.e. replacement, reimbursement or repair.
